How soon can I pick up my order?

Please allow about 1 hour for us to pick and pack your orders.

 

How long does delivery take?

If orders are placed before 2pm on a business day, delivery usually occurs within next business day to 3 business day. Contact us if your order isn't received within this time frame, and we will investigate.

Please note, delivery orders need to be paid for to proceed, unless you have a credit account with us. If payment is made by bank transfer, please email the bank receipt to sales@wthardware.com.au to avoid any delay.

 

Where can you deliver?

We deliver to most Melbourne Metro suburbs.

 

Can you deliver to my job site?

Unfortunately, delivery to job sites is not recommended. Our drivers are not able to contact you prior to arrange delivery, and a forklift may be required to unload the delivery.

 

Can I return something I've ordered?

We may accept a return of products you may have changed your mind about, in exchange for a full or partial refund or store account credit under the conditions that:

  • The products are returned within 28 days from the Tax Invoice date.
  • You present the original Tax Invoice when you're returning the products
  • The original packaging (if any) hasn't been opened, in-tact, and is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The products haven't been used or installed, and is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You deliver the products back to us at your expense.

If any packaging has been opened, but all the original packaging materials are in good condition and can be returned with the products, we may still accept a return at our discretion. A re-stocking fee will incur in this case. We're not able to accept a return of products that have been used or installed. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse returns of products that we deem to be not faulty. We reserve the right to nominate whether a return is credited as a refund or store account credit. Refunds or store account credits will be applied after the products have been received and assessed by us to be eligible.
